ZOYA SIMAKHODSKAYA, PH.D.

Zoya is a licensed psychologist and certified EFT Therapist, Supervisor and Trainer. She is a founding member, Executive Director and Vice President on the Board of Directors of NYCEFT.  Zoya is also a Founder and Director of Center for Psychological and Interpersonal Development dedicated to high quality individual and couples therapy and EFT training.  Zoya has a full-time practice in Chelsea, NY with adults and couples, specializing in cross-cultural and bilingual population.  In addition to her psychotherapy practice, Zoya has many years of experience providing crisis intervention in a psychiatric emergency service and continues as a voluntary faculty at NYU School of Medicine, CUNY Graduate Center, and Rutgers University.  Zoya enjoys helping therapists learn EFT and teaches nationally and internationally, now bringing EFT to Russia, Italy and Ukraine.

MICHAEL MORAN, LCSW

Michael Moran LCSW, CST is a Certified EFT Couples Therapist & Supervisor, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Inner Bonding Facilitator based in New York, NY where he specializes at the intersection of relational and sexual challenges.  He is the Founder & Director of the Center for Relational Fulfillment and presents internationally on the effectiveness of addressing sexual challenges in EFT couple therapy. He has also taught graduate courses in Marriage & Family Therapy and LGBTQ Practice in Contemporary Society at Rutgers University. Mike views erotic energy as chi (life-force, creative vitality) and loves helping couples in long term committed relationships remove the barriers to creating authentic, passionate connection, both emotionally and sexually.
